RETURNS & REFUNDS
RETURNS POLICY
PLEASE NOTE
  • Parcels are returned entirely at your own cost
NOTIFY US:
  • that you will be returning the products PRIOR TO SENDING
  • of the details of the courier company you will be using
  • of shipping details so that we may track the parcel
RETURNS PROCESS
  • Items must be wrapped in original packaging where possible, or properly wrapped and packaged to reasonably protect the goods during transit
  • Please note that the risk of loss of, or further damage to the product while on route to us will remain with you until the delivery has been accepted by us,
EXCLUSIONS FOR RETURNS AS BELOW:
  • products that have been “made to order”
  • a product that you or any other person has altered, repaired, used, incorporated or added to where such alteration, repair, incorporation or addition has not been authorised by us
  • a product that has been damaged as a result of inadequate care by you, incorrect use by you, or as a result of your negligence in our sole opinion

BREAKAGES & DEFECTS
BREAKAGES PROCEDURE
  • Should an item arrive broken, damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide us with a photograph & details of the breakage
SIGNING FOR GOODS RECEIVED
  • Do NOT sign for “Goods Received in Good Order”
  • Instead sign: “Goods Unchecked”
  • If goods are signed as received in good order – we cannot institute an insurance claim for breakages
EXCLUSION FOR DEFECTS
  • Please note that the following are examples of things which will NOT be regarded as defects and will NOT entitle you to any replacement or a refund of the purchase price:
  • a slight difference of colour or texture from product to product, resulting from the use of materials which may have natural flaws such as wood, stone or leather
  • a product that has been damaged as a result of inadequate care by you, incorrect use by you, or as a result of your negligence in our sole opinion
  • a product that you or any other person has altered, repaired, used, incorporated or added to where such alteration, repair, incorporation or addition has not been authorised by us; and/or
  • a product, where by their nature of being handmade artefacts, have cracks, repair marks and/or imperfections which are a fundamental element of the artefact and which adds to the intrinsic value of the piece, will NOT be considered to be a defect
BREAKAGES REFUND AMOUNT
  • If such breakage is confirmed by us, we will refund you for the purchase price only
  • If only some items are broken or damaged within the full consignment the insurance claim will be proportioned against the full invoice amount
  • Please note any other duties or taxes incurred cannot be refunded
